- Small ELS: torpedo-like drones appearing in huge swarms. They ram into the enemy and attempt to assimilate it. They can also combine to mimic the enemy battleships and Mobile Suits, the ELS had already assimilated. In the movie there was presumabley entire millions of small ELS.
- Medium ELS: Jellyfish-shaped ELS with the size comparable to the Gadelaza. They are much tougher and able to assimilate machines very quickly. Their numbers are far fewer but presumable still somewhere at the hundreds or thousands.
- Large ELS/ ELS Mothership: Huge spheric formation comparable to the Moon in size. In the movie it served as the main base of the invading ELS forces. Although rather huge, the structure is mostly hollow inside. The 00 Quan[T] managed to sneak into the ship once the outer layer was breached.
