Weaknesses: Currently they are in a state of disarray with their A.I running amok and rebel factions popping up, they have no space capabilities at all, or any vehicles for that matter and their culture is regressing so badly that very few people can even read. All the net terminal gene users (with the exception of one) are dead so there are very few ways to command the administrative AI.
