Background Information
Suikoden (Japanese: 幻想水滸伝? Hepburn: Gensō Suikoden) is a role-playing video game series originally created by Yoshitaka Murayama. The game series is loosely based on the classical Chinese novel Shui Hu Zhuan by Shi Naian.[1] Shui Hu Zhuan is rendered as 水滸伝 in Japanese, and read phonetically as Suikoden. Each individual game in the series centers on relative themes of politics, corruption, revolution, mystical crystals known as True Runes and the "108 Stars of Destiny"—the 108 protagonists who are loosely interpreted from the source material.
Though the Suikoden games follow an irregular chronological sequence of events, the entire series (except for Tierkreis and Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki) takes place within the same world among continuing and overlapping histories. In some cases, several characters appear in multiple installments.

Standing in the Battledome
Suikoden is an exceptionally powerful series; a power which continues to inch further up with each installment and re-evaluation. While it is not known whether there is a Monad-type character within the series, the ones responsible for the creation of the series' universe are rather powerful in their own right, thus making that knowledge irrelevant.
The cosmology of the series is rather straightforward. Prior to the introduction of Tierkreis, the series was referred to as a "Million Worlds" universe. Once Tierkreis hit, the series confirmed its multiverse having an infinite set of parallel worlds, along with an official name; The Infinity. Further expanse can be made for its cosmolgy, as the lore entails a being that exist outside of it.
As for the power, the series is not lacking there. It was originally believed that the series was not even hitting town level, but throughout the years, re-evaluation saw that rise to city, small country, continent amd now planet level. And as mentioned, it seems to continue to excel higher through further observation, potentially pushing them to at least star level depending on opinions based on what Suikoden 5 introduced. All this speaks only for what the main series presented, as Tierkreis and Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki introduced universal to multiversal beings (granted, the main games, namely 3, introduced Chaos and Dharma; beings whom can affect the universe)
But one area that never came into question was their hax. To keep it short and sweet, when the very first game gives you a main character with the power to manipulate life and death (from the start of the game no less), you can expect a series that does not fall short in this department.
Speed is also something that's been rectified with further evaluation. Though it is hard to determine who and what scales to these new speeds since the format of an RPG does not always makes this easy (and the manga not confirmed as canon), the presence of massively FTL speed now exist within the series. Even lower than that are some hypersonic and massively hypersonic feats.
