Speed: FTL via powerscaling. Wally is considered the "fastest man alive", even after he and Clark seem to settle the question at the end of their first encounter. At one point, he tells Barda that he's "just as fast, maybe faster" than Superman.
Range: Melee range, several meters with whirlwinds.
Durability: City level+
Lifting Strength: Peak human level+. Can casually a carry a full grown adult in each arm.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Vibration phasing: Flash can vibrate his molecules to phase through solid objects. This can accidentally cause objects to explode or shatter, so normally Flash doesn't do this.
- Arm Whirlwinds: Flash can spin his arms fast enough to create a miniature tornado with each, allowing him a very crude form of flight.
- Maximum Speed: Flash runs around the world to punch his opponent several times in a few seconds, with the final punch being around 40% the speed of light and having around 150 megatons of energy (TNT equivalent). Doing this causes Flash to be pulled into the Speed Force afterwards.
- Vibration Punches: Flash vibrates his hands and punches (or rather, stabs) them into his opponent.
