Powers and Abilities: High reaction speed and reflexes, superhuman agility, extremely skilled in using guns (can make bullets bounce off corners to tag concealed people and when anticipating the moves of people with super speed, can snipe people kilometers away from her accurately, can shoot people who use instant movement accurately, can shoot at multiple targets in multiple directions without almost looking at them, can shoot bullets in mid-air, etc), demon eyes which allows her to detect ghosts, can use ki based attacks and perceive ki in others, can distinguish real bodies from lifelike shadow ki clones, teleportation using magic charms, time/space, anti-barrier, exorcism, tranquilizer/poisonous bullets, etc

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Demon Eyes: This allows Mana to detect ghosts, spirits, or other things that are undetectable even to people who have superhuman capabilities. Example is Takahata's Iaiken technique which appears to be invisible due to the fact that it is a pure air pressure attack. Her reaction time was also stated to be highest among the Martial Arts 4.
- Rankansen: Whenever she was unarmed she can use coins or probably small objects to flick with her thumb and allow the object to move at high speed that is comparable to a machine gun. She does this by enhancing her strength with ki. It is a similar technique that was shown by Kaname Hagiri from Yu Yu Hakusho but uses dice and marbles instead of coins.
- Spellbreaker: Capable of penetrating magical barriers and damaging/exorcising demons and ghosts.
- Tranquilizer: Mana used this ammunition to forcibly stop love confessions in the area of the World Tree's magical influence during the Mahora Festival. The darts are designed to render the victim unconscious and paralyzed for the next few days until the festival is over, disabling them from making further confession attempts.
- Space-displacement Charm: These small paper charms allow Tatsumiya to teleport to any point of space even in midair that she chooses once activated.
- Gravity Mines: Mines that increase local gravity up to 50 times its normal amount.
- Alternate Dimensional Ammo Storage: This allows Mana to reload her firearms by summoning the ammo through the use of magic. The ammo or firearms could be from another dimension as the name implies. Apparently, even weapons can be summoned as she was able summon different types of firearms out of nowhere.
- Bullet of Compulsory Time Lapse: These bullets were used by Chao, Mana and the robot army during the "Mahora Mage Order vs. Mars" battle, this round is engineered to send the target three hours into the future, and also dislocates them to a certain area. The bullets also nullify magical barriers and will displace the target even if cut or deflected by a sword; the only defense against them is evasion or to shoot/block them from a safe distance. At the end of the festival, all victims of the bullets reappeared on a grassy knoll not far from the ending festivities. In other words the target simply gets BFR.
