Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, agility, endurance, uses the Sei-Type of Martial Arts (a user of this fights not with power or anger, but with talent, skills and wit), is a master of Jujitsu, has a body built to perfection (Akisame has no useless muscles in his body, not even one milligram), owns an orthopedic clinic, and can reset and fix bones with ease, frightening powers of perception (Akisame seemingly knows everything that is going on to every last detail even if he isn't there, Akisame is even aware when people are talking about him), ki manipulation (can use this to knock people out or mask his presence, can kill opponents with killing intent alone, using his ki Akisame can flip an opponent without actually touching them), ki detection, skilled surgeon, Rittoku No Kan (the user takes the five senses to the utmost limit and develops a sixth sense "Intuition" of "Perception". It allows the user to reduce their time needed for reacting to one tenth, used like a sensor to catch movements they can't follow with their eyes)

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Kōetsuji Yanagi Hayurashi: By continually dominating the opponent's dead angle, Yanagi Hayurashi makes one disappear.
- Crescent Moon: Akisame grabs his opponent and spins around in a cartwheel motion at high speed.
- Kōetsuji Mugen Seiseikaiki (Kōetsuji Infinite Regenerating Circle): Akisame grabs his opponent by the hand and swings them up and down at high speed (Akisame was able to do this several times consecutively to a Alexander Gaidar, a Super Master Class fighter, Alexander commented that the instant his brain sent out the order "let go!" to his hand he got thrown so many times).
- Shin Kokyuu Nage (True Aerial Throw): Using the opponent's reflexes against them Akisame uses his ki to cause them to fall flip.
- Shimewasa: Akisame gets his opponent into a strangling submission until they blackout.
- Angai Senpuu Shime (Dark Whirlwind Shime): This move follows on from Shimewasa, after getting his opponent in the strangling position, Akisame flips them.
- Koetsuji Kodama Awase (Koetsuji Echo Combo): Akisame hits his opponent with a vibration from his right hand then one with his left hand in quick succession. Akisame used this move to pierce armor a bullet couldn't.
