She's so bland that I can't even deliver a punch line. |
Name: Pest (or Percher), Black Percher, Black Death Demon Lord
Origin: Mondaiji
Gender: Female
Classification: Divine Spirit, former Demon Lord (of 5th rank), member of “Avatara” Community, former leader of “Grim Grimoire Hameln” Community, former (tired yet) member of “No Name” Community
Age: Unknown (she was “born” in 14th century, but it’s unknown at which point she was summoned to Little Garden)
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman characteristics, flight, immortality (type 1, 3 and 4), regeneration (low-mid), resurrection of body and soul (under special conditions), spiritual power manipulation, non-corporeal, possibly soulfuck, Divinity bestowal, Host Master authority
Weaknesses: Sunlight dispels her abilities, her disease has little to no effect on nonliving things, can grant Divinity only to one person
Destructive Capacity: Multi city block level+, possibly continent level (Divinity she granted to Weser was enough to (supposedly) manipulate earth's crust), far higher with Host Master authority (she could seal even someone as powerful as Shiroyasha and cover world in darkness)
Range: Multi city block, possibly star level via Host Master authority (she can cover world in darkness, but it’s unknown what “world” in this situation means; also, it's more about cockblocking someone responsible for the Sun than genuine range)
Speed: Massively hypersonic+
Durability: Multi city block level+, likely continent level+ as a demon lord (with regeneration, she could survive attacks of Izayoi), likely far higher (event of Black Death’s pandemic is one of the greatest paradigm shifts since it involves movement of celestial body (and thus, shift in celestial laws), even Storyteller observed the same outcome in multiple universes)
Lifting Strength: Unknown
Striking Strength: Unknown, at least Class GJ+ for her winds
Stamina: Superhuman
Standard Equipment: None
Intelligence: Average. While she could skillfully create hard Gift Game and take advantage of Little Garden's characteristics (having multiple possibilities of the same phenomenon), she's pretty hot-headed.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Black Percher: spirit status of Pest originates from Black Death’s pandemic in the 14th century. Rather than disease itself, she’s the representative of 80 million victims of it. Standing at the top of all these souls, it grants her several abilities. This Gift has potential to ascend her to the place of Gods of Death, but because in human history people already overcame Black Death she can never reach her full potential. Upon re-summoning after her defeat, it’s far weaker than it was before.
-
Black Death: ironically, Pest’s spirit status gives her control over black death in the form of black wind. Upon contact with living beings, it causes symptoms similar to the ones of pandemic from black death: causing sepsis in blood with black spots appearing on a skin. Victims are rendered unable to move and slowly, but painfully die. Offensively she can shape it into powerful twisters and defensively into sturdy barriers.
-
Wind of Death: Pest’s most powerful ability. She sends huge amount of black wind into the air and then disperses it over huge area. Unlike her normal winds of black death, this one causes instant death to anyone who touches it. Because it combines normal wind with authority of “death”, no physical interference can get past it, going as far as dispersing lightning of Kuro Usagi’s Vajra Replica (this's probably due to mass of her spirit status than nature of her ability). According to Pest herself, when she held position of Black Death Demon Lord, it rivaled the power of Death Eye of Balor (replica). But since this authority "kills anything alive", it doesn’t work against nonliving things.

-
Shockwave of Resentment: she releases screams and lament of all 80 million souls in the form of devastating shockwave, it’s powerful enough to send Celtic giants flying and possibly deal damage to the souls.
-
Host Master: privilege to release inner universe and construct trial (Gift Game) made from spirit status of the user. It’s impossible to reject the game as they’re the very rules of Little Garden, hence one triggered it must be cleared. Originally, it was created as method to usurp portion of Last Embryo’s power and one of the few effective weapons against them. Pest’s Host Master authority can seal celestial spirits governing Sun, throwing world into the realm of darkness. It was powerful enough to immobilize Shiroyasha.

Other:
- It it heavily implied that Pest's existence is a key to overcome "Locked World" Dystopia.
- According to Rin, her potential can rival that of the strongest species.
