O-Parts Hunter |
Background Information
666 Satan (or O-Parts Hunter, as it is known in the US, due to Christian fundamentalist tards who get offended way too easily) is a manga series by Seishi Kishimoto, the brother of Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto.
The art style is similar to Naruto, and several of the plot points and characters are, as well, leading some to accuse Seishi of ripping off his brother. However, even if these allegations are true, Seishi actually managed to make a good manga, which is more than can be said for Masashi.
666 Satan follows the adventures of Jio Freed, a kid who wants to rule the world, and is host to the demon Lucifer, or Satan. While some might think most of the plot references and characters are drawn from Christianity (like Bastard!!), it's actually mostly based on Jewish Kabbalism.
Standing in the Battledome
In the OBD, the manga is considered to be extremely powerful, with easily 100+ ton strength feats, casual town level+ attacks, lightspeed attacks, intangibility, telekinesis, wide area soul-sucking attacks and a bunch of other broken powers.
As a verse, they are easily above the likes of Yu Yu Hakusho, Busou Renkin, and RAVE.
