Destructive Capacity: At least continental+; likely higher (Darth Marr stated neither the Empire's Wrath nor Darth Nox could defeat the collective power of the Dread Masters on their own. Calphayus is one of the strongest members of the group with comparable telepathic abilities and combat skills as a lightsaber duelist to Raptus, as well as the greatest prophet and strongest precognitive powers of the group. He only fell to the combined might of Darth Nox, the Empire's Wrath, the Hero of Tython, and the Barsen'thor when augmented by many other Jedi and Sith forces on Oricon)
Range: Galactic with telepathy; at least planetary to interstellar with Battle Meditation; was able to mentally broadcast an astral projection of himself across the galaxy at various locations at the same time as well capable of projecting telepathic messages of himself to Asation while physically away and in a different part of the galaxy

Intelligence: Highly intelligent and wise with centuries if not more of accumulated Sith knowledge of the most arcane and deadly secrets; Calphayus represents the wisdom as well as role of prophet in the union with the rest of the Dread Masters. Mastering the secrets of the mysterious Phobis devices, directing the construction of various Sith designed constructs like the Dark Temple on Dromund Kaas, and constantly leading his fellow Dread Masters in plotting the downfall of both Republic and the Empire. Calphayus among the Dread Masters under Raptus' direction would also strike at a Gree world and utilize the Force powered Hypergates to summon Lotek'k, a hyper-dimensional eldritch entity that that would've destroyed the galaxy and influencing the direction of the Dread Host on the planet; however it was banished before it could fully emerge from hyperspace into reality. Calphayus is known as the Prophet of the Masters, his signature ability being knowledge of time and space so completely that he can project visions of both the past and future that actually will come to pass or have yet come to pass.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Battle Meditation: A Force technique developed to increase and motivate the moral and minds of soldiers in armies or fleets; the Dread Master Calphayus can use this power to not only increase the fighting prowress and skill of his minions but also to demoralize and drive insane those of opposing ones. They have become so powerful and successful with this that they have annihilated countless armies and fleets of the Republic's military and even forces bolstered with many of war-seasoned Jedi and Sith alike.
- Force Barrier: Both an offensive and defensive Force power that creates a barrier or wall of Force energy around the intended target, be it self, friend, or foe. Depending on the strength of the individual, the barrier could only withstand a few attacks before collapsing.
- Force Drain: The Dread Master Calphayus drains the life from his opponents and adds it to his own.
- Force Healing: Accelerates the body's natural healing process at a rapid pace. Master practitioners of the art can even heal themselves from fatal injuries in a short span of time. The Dread Masters could use this power to heal themselves nd others. Most notably, they were able to resurrect the dead and slain members of their union such as Lord Styrak, his pet Kell Dragon, and Lord Bestia back to life as Force Spirits/Ghosts fully capable of harming and killing living beings.
- Force Lightning: An offensive Force technique that uses Force energy to produce electricity with one or two hands that stream outwards from the fingertips, its speed is usually great enough to catch an opponent off-guard even when prepared, and can be used either in bursts, or simply torrent out in an a gush of agony on its victim.
- Force Maelstrom: First, the Dread Master Calphayus would form a Force Bubble around his body concealing and protecting himself inside. Then, any loose objects/persons around them would swirl around the bubble, through telekinesis. Finally, they would devastate the objects by blasting them away, in a surge of Force Lightning.
- Force Stealth: A power that was used by highly skilled Force-sensitives to mask their Force alignment (Light or Dark), their ability to use the Force, or even their entire presence from other Force-sensitives.
- Force Storm: A highly charged and wide spread advanced Force lightning technique that could devestate a large area with wide spread storms augmented or created even through weather manipulation with the Force; several of the Dread Masters such as Calphayus are capable of utilizing it in a large AoE style by hurling lightning bolts from the sky all around them.
- Ionize: Allows the Dread Master Calphayus to overload and damage electronic systems, such as droids. It's ineffective when targetting organics.
- Telekinesis: Dread Master Calphayus can use this through the Force to put his mind literally over matter, capable of blasting opponents, shielding themselves or disarming people, its limits are only those of the creativity that Force User has.
- Telepathy: Can easily manipulate others mentally with the Force to trick, deceive, maim or even kill outright. Can also use this power externally or internally when it comes to illusion creation, manifestation, and manipulation. Raptus is especially talented in the offensive use of various mind trick and mental powers dominating abilities.
- Transfer Essence: A radical dark side Force power used to transfer a person's consciousness into another body, or in some cases an inanimate object.
- Tutaminis: Through the Force, the Dread Master Calphayus can draw potentially harmful energy into his body and diffuse it or channel it away completely.
- Flow Walking (or some related variant of it): A specific and advanced Force technique; it allows the user to travel back or foward in time to witness pivotal events; the version Calphayus uses can be combined with his telepathic abilities to induce madness and teleport his targets through different locations; while utilizing said technique Calphayus is relatively immune to any attack or damage within the projected Force vision.
