Powers and Abilities: User of the Muten Kyoumon, which allows him the ability of: chi mask/undetectable chi, teleportation (the length of a country, likely greater (had manage to make it to the series North America equivalent from India in an unspecified manner. Seeing how Ukoku likes to teleport, that is viable)), erasure, death manipulation, space negation, existence negation and likely dimension creation (he knows the method, as he has done so with a different power, and the Muten is responsible for one of the biggest one already). User of Buddhist powers, which allows him the ability of: spiritual paralysis, illusions, kekkai creation, strength augmentation, energy manipulation (can use this to borrow energy from outside sources), attack redirection, internal attacks, invisible attacks, harm/destroy logia-esque bodies, and elemental manipulation. Without either powers, Ukoku has the ability of: chi sense, clairvoyance, see spirits
Weaknesses: He is able to be attacked in the window that using his sutra to attack opens up (only applies to standard sutra uses. True Nothingness doesn't have this issue). He also might be blind, but that has yet to present itself as fact, let alone a detriment
Destructive Capacity: At least star level w/o sutra (can wreck characters capable of enduring hits from true form Goku and tank unchanted sutra attacks with a single finger), inapplicable w/sutra (his power is not defined by destruction)
Range: Many meters with Buddhist powers, potentially stellar with the Muten (has claimed to be able to bury the sun, created a pocket dimension with a power magnitudes less than the Muten)
Speed: At least hypersonic (can run laps around the ikkou). FTL by an unknown degree with sutra
Durability: At least galaxy level, likely much higher outside the protection of Muten (would easily scale to Sharak and Genjyo), higher with the Muten (due to the nature of the Muten, exotic powers are likely the only way to bypass it even if the scale of power is higher. Fortunately, most powers at this level falls into that category anyways)
Lifting Strength: Superhuman (would be equal or stronger than Genjyo)
Striking Strength: Class XGJ (this powerful with just his pinky)
Stamina: At least very high. Has not been in a scenario that called for this necessity. Genjyo, for all his waning stamina, still ranks around this level. Ukoku is his superior in almost every way
Standard Equipment: Muten scripture (Death and Nothingness) and "technically" the Seiten (Holy & Yin) and Yuuten (Life and Existence)
Intelligence: Highly calculating and observant, Ukoku is already a genius outside of battle (the number one intellect of his time), and on the battlefield, it shows. His ability to assess his opponents with pinpoint accuracy gives him favorable odds during combat
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- True Nothingness: His only named ability, Ukoku transforms the sutra into an ominous omnidirectional field of complete darkness. Once the person he's targeting is within the field, they become a non-existence (not erase you from existence, he literally makes it so that you never existed in the first place. A wholly superior form of existence negation). Due to the taunting nature of the event, it should not be assumed this is the only method in which he can perform this ability (namely at the speed in which it encroached during the scene)

Other: Ukoku technically has two other sutra in his possession (it's within the camp of Gyoukumen, but she's acknowledge that Ukoku is really running the show) and is officially the only person who can use it among the Gyoumao faction.
