Weaknesses: Pacifist, overusing his Plant powers will result in his death as indicated by his hair changing from blonde to black
Destructive Capacity: Town level+ in base (his black holes can absorb up to 1km of surrounding material), at least island level+ with Angel Wings (severely injured Legato, Legato also mentions that an injured Vash is still a threat to him), continent level+ with half charged Angel Arm shots, at least moon level+ up to planet level with fully charged Angel Arm shots (a newborn Plant was packing moon level+ energies, Vash also states that he would have destroyed all of planet Gunsmoke)

Speed: Massively hypersonic+ up to relativistic (can dodge and parry attacks from Knives, Knives can also casually reach the Stratosphere within a few seconds at most, low-balled values are at least mach 700+ with upwards to mach 4000+ with slightly more realistic time-frames, shot also an abundance of energy into another dimension, the high end which is relativistic is also very plausible), at least relativistic+ with Angel Arm (reached the moon within a few seconds at most)
Durability: At least island level+ (Legato tanked Knives' casual blast), continent level+ with Automatic Angel Wings (Vash was not confident that his Angel Arm would break through Knives' Angel Wings and opted to escape instead, Vash is overall comparable to Knives)
Lifting Strength: Superhuman, exact level unknown, likely Class T with Automatic Angel Wings (Vash Wings were capable of deflecting Knives' Wings from a downward position)
Striking Strength: At least Class MJ+ (vastly superior to any Gung-Ho Gun), Class EJ+ with Automatic Angel Wings

Intelligence: Very skilled combatant (is an extremely skilled gunslinger, is able to think quickly on his feet)
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Angel Arm: Vash' arm morphs into a rocket launcher-like blasting object that can fire energy blasts powerful enough to dent moons and wipe out entire planets via Vash's own words. The strength of these blasts is based on how much Vash charges them and they're all fast enough to reach the moon within single-digit seconds at most.

- Black Hole Bullets: By channeling his Angel powers through a gun, Vash can shoot small black holes that devour anything they touch. They have a range of 1-5 kilometers at the minimum.

- Subspace Bullets: By channeling his Angel powers through a gun, Vash can shoot bullets with the ability to send whatever they touch into subspace.
- Automatic Wing Shield: Attacking Vash causes an automatic defensive mechanism to trigger stopping any incoming attacks. The Angel Wings can reach and stretch to various lengths ranging from a few meters to several kilometers easily and they always adjust to the according attack radius needed to successfully defend Vash. Vash's Angel Wings are also capable attacking typically dealing a barrage of pummeling strikes in a whip-like fashion.
