Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, agility, durability, manipulation over the Cloud Flame attribute, using his Cloud Ring, Hibari has demonstrated the ability to use his Flames to detect attacks that couldn't normally be seen by the eye by thinly spreading his Flame over an area and using the vibrations to detect whatever enters the designated area (was proven to be effective to track down the illusionist Genkishi when he was trapped in an illusion, it is so far unknown if this ability can still be used with the new Vongola Gear power-up), using his hedgehog Box Weapon Roll Hibari can use the Propagation ability of his Cloud Flames to create several more larger Roll's to cause widescale destruction, with use of Alaude's Handcuffs and the Propagation ability of the Cloud Flames, Hibari can encase his opponent with several handcuffs and on command, crush them, with the Bracelet of the Cloud Version X power-up, this particular feature has been kicked into overddrive with Hibari being easily capable of creating several smaller handcuffs to attack his opponents with

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Cloud Flame: A Flame purple in color. Cloud Flames hold the abilities of reproduction and growth, commonly described in the manga as Propagation.
- Propagation: An ability that the Cloud Flame holds. Cloud Flame-based weapons absorb other Flames to grow in size or multiply, and can even cause phenomenal growth in human beings if their bodies are altered. This Propagation effect is highly advantageous when performing techniques involving a large area, such as creating a cyclone or an impervious force field.
- Indomitable Will: Poison, illusions and other things that remove his self-control have a reduced effect on him because he refuses to let others control his destiny.
- Tonfa Chains: By attaching chains to his tonfa, he turns them into discs of destruction that can casually take out walls.
- Cloud Flame Radar: Hibari uses his Ring's Flames as a radar by thinly spreading the Flame over a wide area and using the vibrations to detect anything that enters the area. This allows him to counter illusions by using it to sense where the actual object is, as seen in his battle against Genkishi's Spettrale Nudibranchia. It is unknown so far if this ability is at all effective with the Bracelet of the Cloud Version X.
- Cloud Hedgehog: A Cloud Box weapon that possesses the ability of Propagation. It propagates all parts of its needle-covered back to use them as either weapons or foothold. By means of a strong flame, it can create an impervious dome that cannot be broken by normal attacks. It can also curl over his own body to form a sphere of needles and then propel itself forwards to attack targets at a distance, as if a projectile weapon.
- Needle Sphere Form: After being injected with strong Flames, the Cloud Hedgehog can form an airtight sphere around a target to entrap him.
- Reverse Needle Sphere Form: Creation of a completely segregated space that does not allow the presence of any other than two selected individuals. Even other Box Weapons are prevented from entering. Not only it requires strong Flames, but also a great quantity of oxygen is consumed during the formation of the dome and whatever is left inside of the segregated space will be quickly exhausted to maintain it.
- Vongola Cloud Hedgehog: Named Roll, the Vongola Cloud Hedgehog appears as a hedgehog with a large orb on its back with larger, but fewer spikes and several floating orbs around it. Roll has the ability to multiply itself, unlike Hibari's previous hedgehog, allowing it to overwhelm the enemy and be used as projectiles.
- Riccio di Nuvola Version Vongola: A mode exclusive to the Vongola Boxes in which the Animal Box weapons are transformed into weapons used by the First Generation Vongola Family members. Concerning Hibari, he gets a pair of new handcuffs (Alaude's Handcuffs) that he wouldn't otherwise have with his previous power-ups.
- Cambio Forma: Alaude Handcuffs: Hibari can transform his Vongola Box weapon into handcuffs. These handcuffs can multiply in number by the Cloud Flame's Propagation Attribute. The multiplication takes place extremely quickly, giving the enemy almost no time to react. When multiplied, they are even capable of changing shape to match the opponent's body. After the opponent is completely restrained, with a pull of the chains, the weapon is capable of crushing the enemy.
- Bracelet of the Cloud Version X: The newly upgraded Vongola Cloud Ring. Essentially upgraded from Hibari's Cloud Vongola Ring and the Vongola Box Ring, Roll. Hibari gets a pair of upgraded Tonfa and an upgraded Roll which goes by the name "Roll (Version X)".
- Cambio Forma: Version Vongola Gear: Roll turns into a modified version of Hibari's school uniform and tonfas. Chains and spikes can be released from his tonfas. With the cloud-element attribute, the chains can elongate to attack surrouding enemies. Hibari defeated Adelheid Suzuki's over 400 hundred clones in one shot. Spikes protruding from his tonfas can be released and propagate, becoming balls of spikes. Hibari can also attack his enemies with mini Rolls (cloud hedgehog) and handcuffs.
- Needle Sphere Form (2): By using the cloud's Propagation ability Hibari creates many spiked balls of different sizes to attack his enemy. Different to the Needle Sphere Form ability used with a regular Cloud Hedgehog Box.
