Powers and Abilities: Through Cosmo, the 7th sense and merging with nature has super strength, speed and durability, telepathy, telekinesis, energy blasts, forcefields,levitation/flight, higher senses to compensate the loss of physical ones, lightning manipulation, can see dead souls, can see the strength of his enemy, his weaknesses, even his source of power, adapt very quick in the battle, also he can concentrate his Cosmo (the same as his enemy's attack) in his tip of his finger, making him for a few seconds stronger than him, and is able to replicate any technique after seeing them once. Was able to come back and keep fighting even after his body and soul were completely destroyed by the power of the 12 Zodiac Constellations

- Lightning Bolt: Regulus punches the air at very high speeds, creating a vacuum through which his Cosmo shoots at the same time a powerful electrical discharge from his arm, from a distance (after merging with nature and surpassed Radamanthys power (who previously tanked the Zodiac Exclamation with ease) was able to make a big hole in his chest completely destroying his heart using this technique)
- Lightning Plasma: Regulus punches at least at the speed of light more than a hundred million times per second, shooting an equal number of Cosmo lightning/light attacks each describing the movement of his fist and moving at similar speeds When he is using his cosmos at its peak it can be more devastating.
- Athena Exclamation: The strongest Gold Saint technique, it can only be performed by a trio of Gold Saints (he can also do it on his own) elevating their Cosmo to an extreme level at the same time into a single spot, emulating the Big Bang on a lesser scale
- Zodiac Exclamation: The ultimate attack that gathers and combines the power from the 12 Zodiac Constellations into a single attack (this technique surpasses the power of the Athena Exclamation).
