Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, agility, dexterity, endurance, can sense presences almost to the degree of having precognition (Utsuro has extensive experience without the use of his eyes and can competently fight while blinded), master hand-to-hand fighter, master swordsman, immortality (types 1 and 3), regeneration (low-high, regenerated an entirely new body from a single-arm), can sustain the life of others by giving them his mutant blood (brought Oboro back from the dead when he was a child and it is implied that he's done it several times before, his blood also grants those whom he uses it on regeneration (mid-low))
Weaknesses: His regeneration is tied to Gintamaverse's planet earth and if the Altana in his body is depleted then Utsuro can die, he's fine as long as he's on earth to absorb more, Altana from other planets are poisonous to him and can slow down his regeneration enough to where he could die
Destructive Capacity: City level+ (Utsuro is by far the strongest character in the series, the only other character that he recognizes strength-wise is Umibouzu whom he is capable of fighting and defeating, Gintoki could just barely keep up with him, also capable of casually handing multiple high tiers beatdowns at once)
Range: Extended melee range with his katana, much higher with Familiars
Speed: Hypersonic+ (far faster than Sougo, took on a three-way assault from Kagura, Nobume, and Sougo just fine and even blitzed Nobume)
Durability: City level+ (can take sword slashes from Gintoki and strikes from Umibouzu), regeneration makes him hard to kill
Lifting Strength: At least Class 10+, likely higher (stronger than Kagura and comparable Umibouzu)
Striking Strength: Class PJ+ (has no problem matching the likes of Umibouzu)
Stamina: Limitless (thanks to his immortality and regeneration, Utsuro escaped prison by simply outlasting the guards that watched it which happened over several years to possibly even decades [it is likely that he does not need to eat or drink], took on several notable fighters like Kagura, Nobume, Shinpachi, and Sougo at once without breaking a sweat)

Intelligence: Arguable genius (Utsuro is the best swordsman in the entire universe with over 500 years worth of life experience, as Yoshida Shouyou, he raised and trained the likes of Gintoki, Katsura, Oboro and Takasugi all of which are extremely skilled fighters and can fight all kinds of beings from around the universe), highly adept leader (is the capable of leading several organizations with military-like force), very cunning and manipulative (is the forerunner antagonist of the Silver Soul arc which was centered around a universal war that involved Utsuro tricking various organizations and races into thinking that planet Earth was the true cause of their various misfortunes, Utsuro can even outwit the likes of Umibouzu in battle and he is widely regarded as the ''strongest being in the universe'')
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Familiars: Utsuro passes his blood onto his subordinates and grants them pseudo-immortality and regeneration. Utsuro can be seen with dozens of subordinates at any given time with hopes that they'll overwhelm his opponents with their numbers. Their granted abilities only make them that much harder to deal with and they are willing to throw themselves at their opponents allowing Utsuro to use them as meatshields giving him an underhanded free shot due to their limited immortality and regeneration.
