Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, agility, endurance, enhanced senses, Gourmet Cells (specialized cells with excellent regenerative and strength-enhancing qualities that allows the user to evolve when they consume delicious foods that suit them and the ‘tastes’ of their gourmet cells, the cells can also evolve as a response to harsh new environments, instantly creating adaptations which allow the user to survive, and can also initiate other self defense mechanisms for the body), can create blades of Appetite energy and unleash a flurry of jabs that seem to hit the target simultaneously (creating delayed shockwaves in the process) via techniques similar to a Kugi Punch

Intelligence: High, Toriko regarded the Gaoh as “pretty damn quick witted”, though in terms of battle, it's pride can lead it to making foolish and sloppy moves
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Kugi Punch (Nail Punch): After building up power in his arm, Gaoh unleashes it as a flurry of straight punches that seem to hit the target simultaneously, creating a number of surreal, delayed shock waves. By straining his muscles even more he can land more consecutive hits; the power increases immensely with every additional hit.
