Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, stamina and senses, expert HtH fighter (defeated Lintence with hilarious ease), immortality (type 1), can sense/see Kei, able to amp her stats with Kei, can mask her Kei signature completely and turn invisible via Sakkei, regeneration (at least high-low) and resistance to poisons, energy blasts, (can control her External Kei even without a Dite), elemental manipulation, can erect defensive walls of Kei, resistance to possession, mental attacks, and transmutation
Weaknesses: She's generally moody and lazy. Prefers to live the life of commoners unless if there's something connected to her ultimate mission. Her power is also so overwhelming that any remotely serious use of her abilities can do massive collateral damage or just destroy entire Grendan as a side effect, thus she avoids fighting and relies more on her Heavens Blade Successors.

Stamina: Immense (due to her insane amount of Kei she should be a fair deal above Heavens Blade Successors in this regard, and they can fight for multiple days without exhaustion)
Standard Equipment: Grendan (electronic spirit of the Proto-City Spear Shelled Grendan, it takes a form of giant lion with a long bushy tail and small wing on its ears), Lance of Grendan (Dite-like weapon created by the spirit Grendan with quality higher than Heavens Blades...yet it breaks from a single use of Alsheyra's full power)
Intelligence: In spite of the looks she's a fairly competent governor and charismatic leader, her age and the powers she inherited also make Alsheyra a frighteningly accomplished Military Artists, far from being upstaged by any of her Heavens Blade Successors
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Sakkei: Technique used to block one's emission of Kei thus avoiding the senses of other Military Artists. Due to its nature, performing External Burst type Kei techniques is impossible while using Sakkei but skilled practitioners can use their Internal Kei techniques to an extend without being noticed. Expert users seemingly can even become invisible, disappearing from plain view. Alsheyra seemingly managed to master this to an even higher level than Kanaris, capable of sensing her from 100 meters away even in her sleep.
- "Kei Gun": Unnamed External Kei attack, resembling Yusuke's Reigun. Alsheyra puts her hands together and with her fingers imitates the shape of a pistol. Following that she releases a powerful beam of External Kei which then traveled for hundreds of kilometers and obliterated a Monster that the combined power of suppressed Layfon and Savaris found unable to beat. It worths noting that Military Artists and even Heavens Blade Successors need Dites to focus their attacks into External Kei. Alsheyra did this empty-handed.
- Lance of Grendan: A technique which actually doesn't have a name, either. Grendan quickly creates lance with two sharp heads (see above picture) with quality above that of the Heavens Blades. The formation of this weapon alone have cataclysmic effects on the direct surroundings. Following that Alsheyra throws the spear with great force, plowing through everything until it meets its target. The aftershock of the lance then generated a whirlpool which sucked in Durandal's entire body in a split-second and obliterating it. Alternatively it was the last ounce of Durandal's powers that were producing this effect. The details on this matter are actually unclear albeit due to powerscaling it doesn't really matter.
