Weaknesses: Holy magic, loses his sense of reasoning when in Indura form
Destructive Capacity: Island level+ (casually generated 1.79 gigatons with his Purgatory Flame Bird in a weakened state and is also stronger than Dolor), at least island level+ in Indura form (a genuine threat to Ludociel)

- Reticence: Given to him by the Demon King. Those who expressed hidden feelings/emotions would have their voices blocked.
- Darkness Manipulation: A technique commonly used by Demons can offensive and defensive purposes.
- Trickstar: Monspiet's innate magic ability that allows him to switch two objects with each other.
- Hellblaze: A mysterious ability possessed by Monspiet that allows him to generate black flames. The technique also has the additional effect of nullifying an immortal's regeneration. Monspiet is cited as being one of the best Hellblaze users in the entire series.
- Purgatory Flame Magic: Monspiet uses Purgatory flame magic which is far hotter than any regular fire or fire magic. Monspiet typically forms homing projectiles with it.
- Purgatory Flame Bird: Monspiet forms and shoots off a blast of purgatory flame with a triangular shape that can travel for hundreds of kilometers and home in on targets emitting vast magical power. Anything within the vicinity of it will catch ablaze.
- Ash Dragon: Using all his available magic, Monspeet summons an enormous flame with the appearance of a dragon's head and directs it at his opponent.
- Indura Transformation: By sacrificing six of his seven hearts, Monspeet can transform into the beast of destruction Indura to gain incredible power and strength but in exchange loses his original form and ability to reason.
