Weaknesses: Operates on a magical power source which can run out, sharp objects of any sort, needs magic to function and be recharged once a day, can only fly for 15 minutes. Confirmed to have a soul, and is thus vulnerable to soul-based attacks
Destructive Capacity: Large building level+, city level using her satellite cannon
Range: Several hundred meters, her laser beam can reach several thousands of kilometers

Stamina: High in combat, but needs to be recharged every day or so by a magic user

Intelligence: Expert hacker, very book smart (mostly when it comes to science and technology), accurate in calculations, knowledgeable about many magical matters (due to living with Eva)
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Bind Canceller: A device in her ears which can undo magical traps. She was able to cancel Negi's magical binding trap.
- Rocket Punch: She can fire her fists (with a cable still connecting them to their arms) as short range rocket-propelled projectiles.
- Laser Beam: Chachamaru can fire laser beams out of her eyes, but manga evidence suggests that these do not travel nearly as fast as real lasers. It is still quite powerful though as it blew up Hakase's other robots and as well as creating a large explosion the size of a building. Note that she was only using one of her eyes at that time.
- Missiles: She can fire various homing missiles.
- Electrical Wires: Multiple electrical wires that can bind her opponents and shock them. It's strong enough to shock Ku Fei and temporarily knock her out.
- Arm Transformation: Her arms can morph into machineguns or bladed weapons, however this uses a lot of energy. This was used agaist the magical beast (a tiger dragon) Negi fought in an island and she was able to defeat it using the blade even though the said magical beast has a barrier that can block some of Negi's basic attacks.
- Barrier Shell: A special type of ammunition, only usable with her rifle, it serves to create a temporary large-scale barrier around an area (usually used in concert with one of Evangeline's more powerful spells so as to minimize collateral damage).
- Bullet of Compulsory Time Lapse: These bullets were used by Chao, Mana and the robot army during the "Mahora Mage Order vs. Mars" battle, this round is engineered to send the target three hours into the future, and also dislocates them to a certain area. The bullets also nullify magical barriers and will displace the target even if cut or deflected by a sword; the only defense against them is evasion or to shoot/block them from a safe distance. At the end of the festival, all victims of the bullets reappeared on a grassy knoll not far from the ending festivities. In other words the target simply gets BFR. It is a non-standard equipment.
- Al-Iskandariyah: Also known as Alexandria in Greek. Type-2130 Chao Bao Zi Satellite Support System, personal artifact of Chachamaru Karakuri. A cat themed satellite support system from orbit created by Chao Lingshen herself from the future. It shoots destructive laser beam with enough power to vaporize a giant demon with a size of over 700m in length (the beam itself is at least several hundreds to thousands of kilometers long depending on the orbital position). It includes a mini-cat laser gun that is required to specify the targeted person or area. It is very similar to the ION cannon from the C&C games. In the OBD it is widely known as "Catellite".
