- Trepadora (Climbing Vine): This is the name of his Zanpakutō. Its release command is "Strangle".
- Resurrección: Strangle: Arrancar seal the nuclei of their abilities within the form of a sword, entirely different from what the Shinigami use. When they release their weapons' seals, they unleash their true power and their true form. When releasing his Zanpakutō, eight enormous tentacles appears, which are connected to Luppi at one of the corners of an octagonal design fixated on his back.

- Lanza Tentáculo (Lance Tentacle): Luppi lunge at an opponent with one of his tentacles.
- La Hélice (The Propeller): A technique that allows Luppi to spin his tentacles around like a propeller, attacking multiple foes at once with fast whip-like attacks.
- Jaula Tentáculo (Cage Tentacle): Luppi sends his tentacles to attack a target all at once from multiple angles, crushing the target with brute force.
- Hierro Virgen (Iron Maiden): The tentacles can grow sharp spikes at the ends in order to inflict additional damage upon an opponent.
- Sonido: An Arrancar's high speed movement technique to achieve enhanced burst of speed over short distances. Equivalent to the Shinigamis' Shunpo.
- Hierro (Steel Skin): A technique in which the user's reiryoku condenses, hardening their skin. The strength of Arrancars' Hierro depends on their spiritual power.
- Cero (Hollow Flash): A standard energy blast, it consists of firing a powerful blast of concentrated spiritual energy at the target.
- Bala (Hollow Bullet): A technique that hardens the user's Reiatsu and releases it in a swift blast of spiritual energy. Though its significantly weaker than Cero, it is quicker to execute and also faster.
- Descorrer (Drawing Opening): A technique used by Espada-level Arrancar and sometimes others, to open a Garganta between the living world and Hueco Mundo.
