Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Energy Draining Beam: An FTL energy beam fired from his universe into another universe via a black hole, it is capable of draining all of the energy from the target universe, to the point where the fabric of space and time would collapse, causing the universe to be destroyed. Even the Time Lords couldn't stop it, only delay its effects. This beam is also capable of teleporting people and things between his universe and the target universe.
- Dark side of his mind: When the Doctor attempted to engage Omega in mental battle, he let the Doctor face "the dark side of his mind", which manifested as a dark figure that overwhelmed the Doctor in telepathic combat.
- Reality Warping: He can create, alter, and destroy anything he can imagine in his antimatter universe, he can also send his creations to the normal universe by converting them into positive matter. Some of his creations included Gell Guards, which were slow but powerful creatures that were immune to everything up to and including rocket fire and could create explosions at a target area by pointing at it with their claws, and an amorphous blob-like creature that could teleport anything it touched to Omega's universe.
