- Waterbending: A form of psychic martial arts that is mainly practiced in the Northern and Southern Water Tribes. It features features elegant forms, and fluid movements, with plenty of defensive techniques design to allow the user to freely switch from defense to offense. Waterbenders are alse able to bend water in any of its three stanges, as well as been able to change it from one stage to another giving them great versatility.
