Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Saurian Demon King: one of the Seven Kings of the Journey to the East. While not of the strongest species, his spirit status completed after thousand years of spiritual meditation in the abyss of star separated him from average divine spirits. Thus, he acquired power that can rival that of Earth Goddess and God of Seas. Especially his durability is such that it was compared to earth crust and weapons simply shatter upon contact with his body.

Breath of Star: Kouryuu’s spirit status is reflected even upon his technique. He can drive essence of sea movement across entire Earth into his fist and obliterate organs of his opponent. Just like a geyser of submarine volcano, destroying everything with a terrifying force, equaling solar flare itself.

Water Manipulation: upon completing his spirit status, Kouryuu received vast water manipulation abilities. He can control millions of tons at once, create mountain range dwarfing tsunamis with no water source in the vicinity and cause water explosions.

Dragon Eye: Kouryuu’s eye itself can function as a Gift, by itself it can produce water indefinitely, but he must tear it off first. He later replaced it with Moon Authority.

Host Master: privilege to release inner universe and construct trial (Gift Game) made from spirit status of the user. It’s impossible to reject the game as they’re the very laws of the Little Garden’s upper layers imposed upon reality, hence once triggered they must be cleared. Originally, it was created as method to usurp portion of Last Embryo's power and one of the few effective weapons against them. Kouryuu’s Gift Game is called GROUND COVER on the MOON SEA.

Supergravity pressure: upon projecting his trial, Kouryuu can impose immense pressure of supergravity on his adversary by taking advantage of moon's phases. For a moment he could even bring Azi Dahaka to his knees and later impart his movement.

Celestial ascension: due to his bastard birth, Kouryuu searched for a method to prove his worth, the result is Gift of Host Master authority. Through this, he can acquire abilities and properties common to celestial spirits and drastically increase his spirit status. At this point, a single punch from him can supposedly blow out a star.

Lunar Dragon: by revealing New Moon, Moon Authority hidden under his eyepatch, Kouryuu resonates it with a fading moon, giving impression that moon's presence suddenly expanded. He then transforms into sea dragon, while Moon's imitates his existence, resonating between each other and morphing him into lunar dragon. Since lunar dragon is effectively a celestial beast (form of celestial spirit), Kouryuu still retains its attributes.
