Destructive Capacity: Likely star level+ via powerscaling. Wally delivered the finishing blow to Music Meister while Meister had The Flash's and Supergirl's powers. To be fair, the setup to his finisher was Music Meister getting punched "really hard" in the face by Martian Manhunter.
Speed: Lightspeed/FTLvia powerscaling. Wally scales directly to, and sometimes even over, The Flash.
Durability: Likely star level+ via powerscaling. [Leading up to its death, Wally became deeply in-tune with the Speed Force. To the point he could enter at will, and even pull others in alongside him withouth them noticing. His aura likely scales to Flash running into a miniature black hole.]
