Powers and Abilities: World-renowned neurosurgeon, magic -- all of Stephen’s supernatural powers come from magic spells, items, and entities – these powers include: super speed, energy blasts, energy constructs, barriers, protections spells, flight via the Cloak of Levitation, time manipulation via the Time Stone (the stone grants time travel, complete control over the flow of time on a universal or localized scale, precognition along multiple timelines, and the ability to nullify other instances of time manipulation), astral projection, telekinesis, portal creation via sling ring, teleportation, scrying, dimensional manipulation (the Mirror Dimension is a parallel reality Strange can enter that is a mirrored copy of its native universe where the most powerful sorcerer present has complete control over physical reality, the barrier to this realm can be used as a shield and shards of the barrier can be used as bladed weapons. Strange can also create tangible pocket dimensions capable of containing massive amounts of energy), spatial manipulation (a deleted scene shows Strange trapping Loki in a portable toilet, invisible, inaudible, and seemingly intangible to everyone who came and went -- Loki could see and hear everything but to him the door was always locked from the outside until Thor opened it with a specific key), can create clones of himself and duplicate items, pyrokinesis, mental manipulation (illusions and universal memory erasure), intangibility, transmutation, life creation | Absorption (centuries of consuming various magical creatures made Stephen powerful enough to break an absolute point in time and to contend directly with all 6 Infinity Stones), spatial manipulation (this Strange is powerful enough to open portals across the multiverse and for his pocket dimensions to survive universal collapse and to contain the power of all 6 Infinity Stones), can summon the creatures he’s absorbed, shapeshifting, acausality (reversing an absolute point in time directly responsible for him becoming a sorcerer had no effect on him or his powers, same for the complete erasure of his own timeline)

Destructive Capacity: At least country level+, potentially as high as large planet level+. This version of Strange should be as powerful as his mainline MCU counterpart was during Infinity War. Main MCU Strange could duel with a 4-stone IG Thanos, and he even used hax to bypass the raw power of a Space Stone-generated singularity (transmuted it into butterflies) | Multi galaxy level+. Stephen was able to, albeit very briefly, slow the collapse of his entire universe. And while hax (a temporal paradox) is what ultimately triggered the collapse, it was a stockpile of raw arcane power that allowed Strange to break a fixed point in time and cause the paradox. The act of breaking an absolute point actually ignited and charred the Time Stone, a cosmic artifact that was present for and/or forged by the Big Bang (the exact wording of the stones’ origin varies slightly). Cagliostro, the sorcerer who discovered the Time Stone says the power of this feat is: “immense, and nigh impossible to obtain.“
