Powers and Abilities: Skilled warrior, through divine Cosmo has super strength, super speed, enhanced durability, telepathy (sealed Titans could exacerbate from Tartarus humanity's fighting instincts, risking World War III), telekinesis, energy blasts, forcefields, levitation/flight, dimensional travel, higher senses to track people and events over large distances and through dimensions, soul manipulation, (sealed Titan's power from Tartarus could passively resurrect mythological beings and people all over Earth) and water manipulation. Through Dunamis has matter and energy manipulation at the atomic level and reality warping. Through Dunamis and Ichor (divine blood) has regeneration (low-godly) and immortality (mix of types 1, 3 and 4). Can heal and empower other beings with his Ichor and Dunamis

- Thalassa Deluge: Creates seawater waves around himself that attack his enemies at high speeds
- Stream Edge: Attacks with his daggers, whose blades are shaped by water and can cut through Gold Saint ice
- Current Impact: Around his daggers creates two big whirlpools spinning at high speeds and opposite directions. When Oceanus makes them clash they generate a shockwave powerful enough to knock down Gold Saints and numb Leo Aiolia's arm when he stopped it with his Lightning Plasma even when its force had been diminished by slowed down atomic movement
- Auge Hydor: Oceanus can take control of all atmospheric water around himself, imbue it with his Cosmo and make it shoot itself into the enemy's body. He used this to rip the blood out of a Gold Saint's body
