Name: Razor Eddie, but his friends just call him Eddie

Classification: Human (when he was a gang member), God (after killing Mithras and absorbing his godhood), Abstract (any god in the setting is the physical manifestation of the belief in them), Cosmic Amalgamation (implied to be some sort of god eating abomination who assumes the aspects of whatever deities he kills), possibly the human avatar of the straight razor which itself is a type of god (it is outright stated that his straight razor didn't even exist in the multiverse, and he got it someplace beyond the influence of the Gun Shop which has every weapon in the multiverse)
Age: 14 when he was a gang member, 17 when he first became a god but it has been a long time since then
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman strength, speed, agility, and durability, immortality (Type 3 and Type 4), regeneration (High-Godly, even the Speaking Gun can't erase him from existence forever), resistance against reality warping, reality warping, teleportation of both himself and others, can cut through time and space, can cut his way into other dimensions, can make both organics and inorganics explode for no reason whenever he is angry, can hurt conceptual beings like his fellow gods, can draw on the power of belief, can become more powerful in correlation to how many people believe in him, a person believing in him allows him to have power over them regardless of who they are which even included his fellow gods which he took advantage of when he went on a rampage in the Street of the Gods, can devour the essence of whatever deities he murders, can resist any attempts to control his mind or soul, and Henry Walker doesn't even bother to use the voice on him because he knows it would be useless which is part of the reason why he just sends people against Razor Eddie who are summarily beaten or murdered by him, and has some extra-sensory abilities (nowhere near as impressive as John Taylor's private eye though)
Weaknesses: His straight razor can negate his regeneration but besides that there is nothing that can permanently harm him, and that includes The Walking Man. He stinks like blood and death.
Destructive Capacity: Multiversal (he fought The Walking Man to a standstill, and only lost when his straight razor was taken from him)
Range: Multiversal, can cut his way into other universes
Speed: Irrelevant, he can match The Walking Man whose powers include the fact he can be as fast or strong as he wants to be (The Walking Man is also noted to be stronger and faster than anyone in the Nightside which includes Owen Deathstalker who at that point can interact with time non-linearly), can literally teleport through sheer speed and by moving in directions that don't make sense or can't be comprehended not to be confused with moving faster than the eye can see there is actually some temporal and spatial fuckery here (he even managed to escape from a pseudo black hole this way, and everyone near him was transported along with him)
Durability: Multiversal but this due more to his regenerative abilities which are positively ridiculous (The Walking Man can't even do any permanent harm against him)
Lifting Strength: Immeasurable (can match The Walking Man's physical strength)
Striking Strength: Immeasurable (can hit as hard as The Walking Man)
Stamina: He is incapable of becoming tired, and he can exhaust The Walking Man
Standard Equipment: His straight razor, and his greasy coat
Intelligence: Has a lot of street smarts, and knows a lot about the Nightside. Due to his upbringing he doesn't have a formal education but he is pragmatic, and ruthless. He doesn't shy away from using everything he knows to his advantage. Which includes the effects of the various churches in the Street of the Gods.
