Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, agility, endurance, master hand-to-hand fighter, skilled with his Umbrella that can shoot explosive rounds, gets stronger at night, has two mechanical arms that can shoot explosive rounds and energy blasts (the Altana cannon in his arm also releases Altana particles that slow down or potentially even halt regeneration, the same goes for his Altana grenades)
Weaknesses: Sunlight weakens him
Destructive Capacity: City level+ (is one of the strongest characters in the series, stronger than Gintoki, capable of seriously matching Utsuro, Umibouzu is also the only character in series that Utsuro actually recognizes as a worthy opponent)
Range: Several meters with his Umbrella and Altana grenades, a few hundred meters with Altana cannon
Speed: Hypersonic+ (without a doubt faster than Sougo)
