Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Trans-AM: After installing the Raiser System, the 00 Gundam (now known as 00 Raiser) can finally use Trans-AM. Unlike other suits, the performance of Trans-AM can vary from 300% to even x7 boost in performance. The 00 Raiser's speed and other stats rise considerably, making the already formidable Mobile Suit a real monster in combat. Trans-AM also allows the pilot to connect his/her conscious with other people due to the massive release of GN particles and sometimes results in the strange phenomenon called as quantization.
- Raiser Sword: A special ability of the 00 Raiser once it went Trans-AM. The Gundam generates a colossal beam saber that reaches even into space. It's created by either the Raiser's wings or from the new GN Sword III and it has enough power to destroy multiple warships in a single swoop. The massive power requirements for the Raiser Sword drains the entire condenser, exiting from Trans-AM in just a few seconds.
- Quantization: Setsuna's awakening Innovator powers and the massive output of Trans-AM Raiser allows a unique phenomenon to occur, quantization. The entire body of the Gundam (including the pilot) transforms into pure energy, letting any attack harmlessly pass through the machine. In energy form the 00 Raiser can move similar to teleportation to appear behind the enemy. Quantization cannot be held for long and it usually ends once the machine performed the teleportation. By the end, Setsuna can pull it out consciously (although probably just only once) and this ability is considered rather broken in the verse.
- Trans-AM Burst: A secret feature of the 00 Raiser only accessible to a genuine Innovator like Setsuna. The machine activates Trans-AM and releases massive amount of GN particles, enough to cover the entire asteroid base of Celestial Being. The purified and concentrated amount of GN particles allow Setsuna to connect his mind to everyone in range thus perform group telepathy. The effects probably vary but Setsuna's version worked like a battle meditation by strengthening his allies and weakening his enemies. The result was obvious.
