- SEED mode: Kira possesses the Super Evolutionary Element Destined (SEED) factor which allows him to enter a special trance-like state thus enhance his skills, cognitive functions and reactions for a short while.
- Strike packs: The Strike Gundam can exchange its weapon load-out in the middle of battle, rapidly adapting to the changing tides of the battlefield. Each pack adds different weapons and capabilities to the Strike Gundam:
- Aile pack: atmospheric flight, additional thrusters
- Launcher pack: Anti-Ship Vulcans, Gun Launcher, High Impulse Beam Cannon
- Sword pack: Anti Ship Sword, Beam Boomerangs, Rocket Anchor
- Multi-Lock Weapons System (Full Burst Mode): System that allows the Freedom and Strike Freedom to easily target multiple opponents at once. Dubbed as "Rainbow Spam". The Gundam releases its full arsenal into multiple directions at once, defeating an entire group of enemies.
- METEOR unit: Optional heavy duty combat add-on for either the Freedom or Strike Freedom Gundams. The METEOR unit further enhances the Gundam's already formidable combat abilities, giving tons of missiles some additional beam weapons and a pair of extra long beam sabers.
- DRAGOON System: The Strike Freedom possess 8 remote-controlled weapons called as DRAGOONS. They're similar to the funnels in the UC timeline, except it seems the DRAGOONs are unable to fire without temporally stopping to take their aim.
- Wings of Light: Special, highly visible propulsion system which activates once the Strike Freedom released its DRAGOONs. Improves the Gundam's maneuverability and speed but, unlike the Destiny Gundam, it does not produce afterimages.
