Durability: Multi city block level+ (should be more durable than the RX 78-2), its shield can temporally withstand beams in the town level+ range (can block beams from the Qubley funnels) | City level with the Psycho Barrier (via powerscaling, Haman could defend herself against the ZZ Gundam's High Mega Cannon, which was further enhanced by Judau's newtype abilities)

- Newtype mode: An enraged Newtype augments the stats of the Zeta Gundam while covering it in a very durable shield created by psychic energy. Durabillity of the shield varies depending on the nNewtype’s power. Also increases the power of the beam saber and allows the Newtype to temporally disable enemy suits with their mind.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Beam Deflection: Depending on the skills of the pilot, the Zeta Gundam has been known to shoot away enemy beams using its own beam rifle.
- Newtype Shield: An enraged Newtype covers the Gundam in a very durable shield created by psychic energy. Durability of the shield varies depending on the newtype’s power.
- Long Beam Saber: Psychic power of the Newtype increases the length of the beam saber allowing the Newtype to use it with increased range.
- Waverider Crash: Signature attack of Kamille Bidan that combines his Newtype powers with the Waverider. Kamille mentally disables the enemy suit, turns to Waverider form, covers the Waverider in a newtype shield and rams the nose of the Zeta Gundam into the cockpit of an enemy mecha which kills the pilot instantly.
