Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Diamond Dust: Shoots a silent current of freezing Cosmo and ice crystals from his fist to attack single or multiple targets (can be precise enough to only strike vital points or body parts), he could also use it to raise an ice shield and deflect Cosmo attacks
- Kol'tso: From his finger creates rings of ice around his enemy to restrict movement. His master, Gold Saint Aquarius Camus, briefly paralyzed a sealed Oceanus with this technique so Hyoga should achieve better with his God Cloth
- Kholodnyj Smerch: An uppercut that raises a freezing tornado from the ground that sweeps his enemy
- Ice Wall: A variation of his master's Freezing Coffin technique, it contains an enemy by freezing an area in front of him. It took several punches by an Underworld Judge (Gold Saint level) to be broken, before gaining his God Cloth
- Aurora Execution: His strongest technique, learned after Camus used it against him, releases all his freezing Cosmo from both of his clasped hands. He reached absolute zero for the first time with it, although it seemed later on he could achieve the same effect with his Diamond Dust since he became more powerful/in better control of his abilities
