Standard Equipment: Phoenix Bronze Cloth armor with its own Cosmo signature and the better regeneration of all Cloths (mid-high at least, it becomes stronger as it revives) whose feathers can be thrown as weapons, and by the end of the original manga onwards could turn into the Phoenix God Cloth by raising his Cosmo to infinity (the God Cloth being more of an illusory shape from his Cosmo, reversing to its base form after a fight)
Intelligence: The most capable warrior amongst all the Bronze Saints, adapting the fastest to new enemies

- Hoo Genma Ken: Strikes the mind of his enemy with his Cosmo to deceive with false input, torture with nightmarish illusions (which could kill) or see and manipulate memories. It can also physically paralyze the nervous system and destroy armors
- Ho Yoku Tensho: A powerful Cosmo whirlwind attack from his arm that can concentrate on a single enemy or attack many at once
