Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, endurance, agility, ki manipulation, incredible leg strength (able to jump hundreds of meters into the air), uses the Hokuto Shin Ken (Fist of the North Star) Martial Arts Style which involves nailing the pressure points of his opponent (makes use of the opponents' 708 Keiraku Hikō pressure points), using these pressure points Raoh can do a number of things (see Kenshiro's page for a list of things that are possible with Hokuto Shin Ken), can cancel the effect of a pressure point, Tōki no Aura (Spirit Aura of the Fighter) this is a powerful aura that protects the user (Raoh can create forcefields with his), it can also be used offensively to push an opponent away or severely damage them, can use his Tōki to create cutting attacks, fire resistance (was engulfed in flames and emerged with not even a single burn), can passively touch pressure points, intangibility and matter disruption when using Musō Tensei

- Musō Insatsu: Locates the enemy's presence and allows the user to deflect his attack unconsciously.
- Tōkei Koho: Condensed combat power. The user breathes in and stores their body's energy to concentrate it and then breathe out to attack. When the user breathes out their power capacities are at their peak.
- Gōsho Ha (Strong Palm Wave): Raoh expels a dense amount of ki through his hands towards his opponent.
- Tensho Honretsu: Raoh fires a large energy blast.
- Muso Tensei: The ultimate Hokuto Shinken technique, Raoh uses his sadness to harness the energy from a void of nothingness, becoming intangible and gaining a new source of power. In this state he can destroy/disrupt matter by simply passing through it.
