Intelligence: Skilled combatant and very talented sorcerer. Managed to write a copy of the Celaeno Fragments, which while inferior to the original still capable of channeling the power of Hastur, a Great Old One on par with Cthulhu.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Wind Manipulation: Claudius can invoke the power of Hastur to manipulate winds. The winds invoked usually tainted with dark miasma, implying its evil nature.
- Wind Barrier: Claudius constantly surrounds himself with a layer of wind, increasing his durability to significant degree.
- Wind Blades: By swinging his arms Claudius can release flying blades of pressurised winds.
- Wind Blasts: Claudius can also release powerful gusts of wind to either knock the enemy away or crush them with sheer pressure.
- Whirlwind: His wind barriers suddenly expands, generating a spiraling burst of winds with Claudius in the center.
- Wind Gasp: Claudius can hold people with the strength of his winds, restricting their movements
- Tops: Claudius can flick out spinning tops at the enemy. Despite their toyish appearance they're deadly magic items enhanced by Claudius' winds. The tops wildy ricochet off hard surfaces and tear through the enemy with their spinning wind blades. Claudius can also take control of the tops, slightly alter their course to catch the enemy off-guard.
- Yo-Yos: Claudius has several modified Yo-Yos, connected by chains instead of the usual strings. Like any of Claudius' equipment, these Yo-Yos are also enchanted magic items. Claudius can throw these Yo-Yos to entangle opponents, binding them with the enchanted chains. The Yo-Yos can also move according to Claudius' will, flying at weird trajectories as they capture the enemy.
