Background Information
The series starts off with our title character of the same name, a supersonic hedgehog, fighting with a Egg-shaped scientist known as Dr. Robotnik (also latter named Eggman), gaining friends along the way, whilst collecting strange gems of immeasurable power known as the Chaos Emeralds.
Standing in the Battledome
The characters and technology in this 'verse are capable of reaching speeds ranging from relativistic+ to MFTL+ with powers such as elemental manipulation as well as a plethora of hax including manipulation of and traveling through space, time, dimensions and other universes, teleportation, transmutation, reality warping and much more. Destructive capacity varies greatly from multi continent level to multi continent level+ for most characters and technology, at least star level for anything on par with all 7 Chaos/Sol Emeralds, a galaxy level technological feat, universe level at the top tier and even a multiverse level god tier. This isn't even factoring a powerful multiversal force known as the Power of the Stars which maintains the existence of all parallel universes in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. With this in mind, the Sonic the Hedgehog series is deceptively powerful.
