Gender: Male
Classification: Gold Saint
Age: 20 (original series): 13 (Episode G)
Powers and Abilities: Skilled warrior (can adapt to techniques seen or suffered once through observing the components of the attack), through Cosmo and the 7th sense has super strength, speed, durability, endurance, telepathytelekinesis, energy blastsforcefields, levitation/flight, generation of sunlight into attacks, some healing ability, higher senses to compensate the loss of physical ones, lightning manipulation, when acquiring the 8th sense has total control of his soul and body in the realm of death allowing him to resurrect
Weaknesses: Nothing notable
Destructive Capacity: Universe level+ (took on 3-Seal Cronus, Pontus and Iapetos) can cause atomic destruction that can extend to non-physical beings) Multiverse level (is no weaker than the Bronze Saints with their God Cloths)
Range: Galactic
Speed: Massively FTL+ | Massively FTL+
Durability: Universe level+ with Gold Cloth (his attack using a Libra weapon was reflected back on him by the Wailing Wall, he however survived), needs absolute zero to get frozen | Multiverse level
Lifting Strength: Unknown, potentially Class E
Striking Strength: Universal Class+, accelerates super strong punches at the speed of light, has used the 7th sense to smash apart the celestial gravity field of Coeus and managed to stop with a punch scales with cosmic weight) | Multiverse Class
Stamina: Near limitless (Gold Saints are stated to be able to maintain fights with each other for 1000 days, was able to fight, even after receiving strong attacks from the Astral form of Cronus, Pontus and two one-seal titans (In his fights with each one of them and in the cases of Coeus and Hyperion he fought one after the other)
Standard equipment: Leo Gold Cloth armor with its own Cosmo signature that regenerates minor damage on its own, absorbs sunlight and can fly to other dimensions and through galaxies to aid Saints
Intelligence: Combat genius (learned and performed precise matter manipulation in the middle of a fight)
Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Lightning Fang: Strikes the ground with his fist making lightning shoot upwards from it, with enough control to only hit targets.

Lightning Plasma: Aiolia punches at least at the speed of light a hundred million (before mastering the Seventh Sense) to a billion (after mastering the Seventh Sense and exceeding the speed of light) times per second, shooting an equal number of Cosmo lightning/light attacks each describing the movement of his fist and moving at similar speeds. It can be shot into the ground to rise around the enemy.

Lightning Bolt: Aiolia punches the air at very high speeds creating a vacuum through which his Cosmo shoots at the same time a powerful electrical discharge from his arm, from a distance or used as a melee attack.

Photon Burst: A technique whose power equals Gemini saga's Galaxian Explosion, it consists of several steps: Cosmo Open/Photon Invoke (focuses and releases his Cosmo into the environment, turning it into millions of super charged photons under his control), Photon Drive (accelerates all the photons at the same time to enter the enemy's body from all directions at FTL speeds, bypassing armors) and Photon Burst (makes all the photons explode at the same time or consume the enemy's body from within). Despite not needing to overcome armor durability, unlike Saga Aiolia has the disadvantage of requiring some time to summon and execute this technique , leaving him unable to defend in the meantime and draining him for a bit afterwards. After Aiolia fully mastered the 7th sense, these negative effects were diminished and he started to combine this technique with the Lightning Bolt, driving all the photons around his arm to shoot them at the enemy as a concentrated spinning barrage, massively increasing the Lightning Bolt's piercing power.

Athena Exclamation: The strongest Gold Saint technique, it can only be performed by a trio of Gold Saints elevating their Cosmo to an extreme level at the same time into a single spot, emulating the Big Bang in a lesser scale.

Powers given to him in Tartarus:

Dunamis: A divine gift intended for Aiolia to fight Titan Gods in more equal terms, it's allowed him to perform powerful matter manipulation at the atomic level, enough to keep his incinerated arm cohesive and keep fighting with it, manipulate the flames of Hyperion's Ouroboros Prominence away from himself and protect himself with a special lightning shield against the same attack.

Keraunos: The divine thunderbolt of destruction that was seized by Zeus, created by Coeus during the Titanomachy war through his claircognizance. It's an absolute form of lightning that can kill Gods despite divine defenses like regeneration or immortality, or seal their physical body, power and Soul, even separately from each other while generating forcefields powerful enough to nullify Gemini Saga's Galaxian Explosion despite centuries of weakening. Coeus gave this Dunamis power to Aiolia as a dying gift so from that point on Aiolia became able to use it in battle. It's been foreshadowed Aiolia will lose all use of Dunamis by the time his fighting in Tartarus is over.

Notes:

- As for the Canon status of Episode G with the original manga, Saint Seiya or its prequel/sequel, Next Dimension, it has been confirmed that Dunamis will not be held by Leo Aiolia or Capricorn Shura after the battles of Tartarus end. Which more than likely seals the argument that Episode G will still be canon. The doubts regarding Episode G's canonicity is moot anyway since Kurumada said in an interview that he supervises Episode G in order to make it fit within his manga's canon.

- A misconception about Aiolia in Episode G is that he only achieves the 7th sense for the first time until the end of his fight with Coeus when he achieves enough power to defeat him, after he's already won against one-seal Dimension iapetos. This idea is contradicted by Aiolia early on in G punching at FTL speed to destroy the light curse Pontus tested him with, being noted to move faster than lightspeed again in order to briefly surprise Pontus (who as an unsealed God operates at a higher level than Gold Saints), lightspeed and above speeds being established as only achievable through reaching the 7th sense and Saints being required to possess it before becoming Gold ones (even Dohko and Shion as rookie Gold Saints were treating the speed of the Pegasus Ryûsei Ken from that era's Pegasus Saint as dismissively as Gold Saints like Aiolia were doing to the same attack from non-7th sense Seiyain the present). It's likely that the 7th sense never being explained or named at all in all the previous chapters was in order to provide dramatic effect to Aiolia fully assuming Gold Sainthood after deciding to wield his helmet for the first time while reaching an unprecedented power increase (the 7th sense isn't a set level or else all the Gold Saints would be equally matched)
