Notable Attacks/Techniques:

- Command Humanoid 100 on target: Causes all sentient humanoids in a range of 50 meters to become mindless slaves to the Nerevarine (has a variant which works exclusively on creatures)

- Fortify Luck 100 on self: Manipulates probability and makes himself more lucky

- Sanctuary 100 on self: Makes all physical attacks miss Nerevarine no matter what including falling

- Chameleon 100 on self: Makes the Neverarine completely invisible

- Charm 100 on Target: Makes people the Nerevarine's best friend

- Fortify Intelligence 100 on self: The Nerevarine increases his intelligence (a much weaker character used a weaker version of said spell to make himself smart enough to create a mathematical formula which allowed him to erase people from existence by proving they don't exist)

- CHIM: As Jubal-lun-Sul he has achieved it, and in effect it lets him change the dream of the Godhead in order to suit his needs. In other words, it makes him a massively powerful reality warper. It even lets him break the fourth wall, and literally use speech balloons as weapons. It involves a lot of metatextual hocus pocus.
