Powers and Abilities: Possess the ability to absorb a person's psyche as his alternate personality (at the same time acquiring their memories and knowledge) at the moment of their death and manifest their abilities when said personality is dominant, can develop new personalities on his own. Currently has over 1000 personalities (and new ones are being born), each one with different ability, which includes: vast psychic powers (ten times more powerful than his his father), telepathy, telekinesis, precognition, astral projection, pyrokinesis, psionic shields and barriers, shutting down minds and creating mind links, illusion creation, psionic energy constructs, able to absorb minds of his victims, memory manipulation (created faux memories across reality 616, installing centuries worth of memories), etc. time manipulation (time travel, temporal BFR), matter manipulation (on a molecular level) and animation, spatial manipulation and teleportation, soul manipulation, dimensional/universal travel, able to create wormholes, can redirect kinetic energy, reality warping, reactive evolution, sonic scream, super strength and speed, regeneration, power negation, shapeshifting (including size alteration and lycanthropy's physiology), elemental manipulation, can transform someone into his duplicate with a touch, can amplify and reduce emotions of others (even convert them into pure energy), pain transference, able to cause spontaneous mutations and several others
Weaknesses: Insane, to use his power of specific personality Legion's has to make this persona dominant - and not all personalities are kind to him (not really a problem later)
Destructive Capacity: Universe level+ at his strongest (wiped Elder Gods from existence, created an entire Age of X, warped reality 616 and stuffed it in the box)

Speed: Depends on his personality, ranges from average human to massively hypersonic+, much higher for his astral form, he usually teleports though and one of his personalities is omnipresent
Durability: Around superhuman on his own, at least planet level+ with psionic shields, likely much higher

Stamina: Nigh-unlimited (he's omega level mutant and the manifestation of his personalities doesn't seem to cost him any amount of energy)
