Powers and Abilities: Super speed, strength, durability, agility, virtually limitless stamina, flight, non-corporeal, technopathy, shapeshifting, able to manifest numerous weapons and devices from his body, can jump between bodies and possess any technology, even that as advanced as the technology of Apokolips or the Source Wall, has all of Superman's senses and basic powers (heat vision, ice breath, etc.), has 10 Sinestro Corps rings, capable of altering the nature of his energy attacks to more effectively damage specific opponents
Weaknesses: Kryptonite, and also likely magic or red sunlight can kill/weaken the Kryptonian DNA he uses in his body (although he will still survive and can build a new one)
Destructive Capacity: Solar system level+ (is a peer to Superman, has ''killed'' Eradicator, came in possession of several Green Lantern and Yellow Lantern rings which allowed him to easily overpower Hal Jordan, Superman and Ganthet [one of the Guardians of the Universe], punched a hole through one of the Doomsday clones)
Range: Solar system level via powerscaling
Speed: Massively FTL+ (can keep up with Superman and the Green Lanterns)
Durability: At least solar system level+, possibly galaxy level (survived the focused destruction of the new War World which would have destroyed a galaxy, although what remained of him needed to be repaired by the Manhunters), the fact that he can exist as a disembodied consciousness makes him nearly impossible to kill
