Powers and Abilities: Peak human physical stats, practically superhuman intelligence, master chemist, somewhat skilled gunslinger, can release a poisonous gas called Joker Venom, high resistance to certain poisons/toxins
Weaknesses: He's still basically human and can be killed by things that would kill humans (knives, bullets, etc.) if he gets hit by them, his unstable CIS is very crippling, as he will refuse to take the easiest of victories if he can't see a joke in it
Destructive Capacity: Streel level regularly, at least building level+ with standard equipment, can ignore conventional durability with Joker Venom

His most prominent weapon is his Joker venom, a deadly poison that infects his victims with a ghoulish rictus grin as they die while laughing uncontrollably
Intelligence: Though utterly insane, the Joker is a genius who has placed Gotham City in peril many times. With preparation, he is almost as dangerous as Batman, and he was even capable of tricking a 5th-dimensional imp and usurping his powers, thus taking control of the entire universe
