Let the dying begin

Name: Nekron, Lord of the Undead
Origin: DC Comics
Gender: Male
Classification: Cosmic Being, Embodiment of Darkness
Age: Billions of years old (predates the existence of life)
Powers and Abilities: Super strength, durability, speed, reality-warping, summoning, time manipulation, spatial manipulation, necromancy, resurrection of the dead, immortality (types 4 and 7, if killed he simply returned to the Land of the Unliving), dark lightning manipulation, can kill any mortal through touch, soul manipulation, his power increases for every death he causes, and many more
Weaknesses: Is imprisoned in the Land of the Unliving and cannot exist in the main universe without a link. In order to properly interact with the living, Nekron requires a link between the universe and the Land of the Unliving, such as a tear in space-time, or a mortal link such as Black Hand.
Destructive Capacity: Multiverse level+ (was able to trap and kill the Anti Monitor and nearly succeeded in destroying all life in the universe)
Range: Multiversal
Speed: Massively FTL+
Durability: At least universe level+, cannot truly be killed, although he can be banished
Lifting Strength: Immeasurable
Striking Strength: Immeasurable
Stamina: Virtually limitless
Standard Equipment: Nothing notable, formerly the Black Lantern Central Power Battery
Intelligence: Immensely intelligent, has a vast knowledge of the universe, orchestrated events leading to The Blackest Night
Notable Attacks/Techniques:

- Dark Lightning: He has the ability to fire bolts of a force called dark lightning from his hands, powerful enough to hurt and even kill the Guardians of the Universe. Despite being immensely powerful, it is not unstoppable. Wonder Woman was able to block it with her bracelets, although the force still threw her across the room.

- Necrotic Empowerment: Nekron gains physical strength from the deaths he causes.

- Reanimation: As the Lord of the Unliving, Nekron can reanimate corpses into fully functioning zombies working entirely under his control, and retaining a semblance of their past personality.

Notable OBD Victories:

Notable OBD Losses:

Other: Nekron was stated via Word of God to be equal to the Endless, and where Death of the Endless represents Death as a comforting release, Nekron represents Death as the ultimate opponent, indicating that they might be different manifestations of the same being/force. However, it should be noted Death of the Endless herself states she cares not for what Nekron does and considered his entire plan "fun" to her and Neil Gaimen stated Death of the Endless is the "true" death which all other deaths spring from. Not to be confused with the similarly - named character from Final Fantasy or the similarly - named race from Warhammer 40,000.
