Powers and Abilities: Possess all standard abilities common to other Speed Force users like super speed, lending and stealing speed, energy manipulation, energy blasts (so-called 'Zoom-blast', duh), regeneration, intangibility by vibrating his molecules, invisibility, heat manipulation/ignition through friction, can BFR someone to another dimension and dimensional travel, time travel, flight, creation of whirlwinds, immense data processing, shockwave generation with a finger snap (learned from Zolomon), etc. Later created his own Negative Speed Force through studying Speed Force, each one of his steps can generate 'storms' of the Negative Speed Force in the form of red lightning, it can corrupt normal Speed Force and poison it's users, slowly killing them, it can also block their access to SF and temporarily turn them into Black Flashes (he did that to Barry), thanks to that he can also 'absorption' on it, can track other Speed Force users. Currently has access to full power of the Negative Speed Force which allows him to create 'tangible afterimages' by moving fast enough, enhances his time manipulation powers to the point he acquired temporal omnipresence, time stop, acausality, aging someone to dust or stealing time of their life span and adding it to his own, erasing someone from timeline which completely eradicates said person existence, can alter his age at will (mainly for disguise) and is immune to speed steal.
Weaknesses: Overconfidence aside, nothing notable.
Destructive Capacity: At least large planet level+ to solar system level+ (with his accelerated punches he was able to cause pain in characters like Superman, Wonder Woman, Hal Jordan, and Barry), much higher through influencing timelines via time travel
Range: Human melee, higher with projectiles
Speed: Massively FTL+ (was capable of keeping up with Barry and Wally at the same time, and when he started to escape they couldn't catch him, Jay Garrick saw him as nothing more than a blur and later traveled so fast that Jay's ignited even though Speed Force usually protects from that, few times was able to fight against many Speed Force users at the same time and even gaining upper hand) without factoring speed steal and time manipulation; currently acquired temporal omnipresence
Durability: Peak human+ on his own, at least large planet level+ to solar system level+ with the Negative Speed Force aura
Lifting Strength: Unknown, was throwing Hal Jordan's around with ease though

Stamina: Very high (never showed to be tired and virtually limitless as long as he's connected to the Negative Speed Force)
