Background Information
Tenchi Muyo! GXP is a spinoff of Tenchi Muyo! created by Masaki Kajishima. It is canon to the main Tenchi universe. It follows the adventures of Seina Yamada, a friend of Tenchi's from earth who joins the Galaxy Police. Like the original, it is a harem series, however Seina eventually ends up with 8 girls compared to Tenchi's 5.
Chronologically, GXP takes place after Tenchi OVA 20, despite the fact that it was released before the third OVA series came out.
