Speed: Relativistic (was able to dodge particle Sentinel Beams, even other Spartans such Palmer was able to react to a particle Sentinel Beam, Tanaka was able to evade them, and Black Three from Black Team was able to dodge them while in midair

Durability: City block level without energy shield (in his Mark IV armor tanked a nearby detonation of a 1 MT nuke that took place on the moon with minimal atmosphere and gravity [it was calc 12 kilotons], and Spartans with the same armor can tank a direct hit from a Wraith mortar. Spartan's didn't start using energy shields until they were deployed with the Mark V armor), at least city block level+ with energy shield and Drop Wall (tanked a portion of the slipspace rupture crash that created a massive crater from the impact. Unfazed by this massive explosion, ​tanks 6 Hunter's plasma fire and a point-blank plasma grenade. Even a Spartan from Black team with slightly worse armor tanked Forerunner Monitor laser that are powerful enough to vaporize Hunters covered in starship armor, and Locke’s team shrugged off a Forerunner Guardian blast that teared up the city, violently pushed aircrafts out of the air, and caused earthquakes), multi-city block level+ to possibly small city level (some of the Hardlight technology was still intact after the 30 megatons HAVOK Tactical Nuclear Weapon as Cortana was able to harness the tech at the end of Halo 4) with Overshield, Armor Lock, Drop Shield, Bubble Shield, Deployable Cover, Invincibility, Hardlight Shield, Repel, and Repulsor (these forcefields can easily withstand Spartan Lasers, Banshee cannons, Wraith mortars, Scarab beams, and Incineration cannon projectiles)

Lifting Strength: Class 50-100 (was able to push a 125-tonne quartz monolith with the help of three other Spartans with one injured and missing a limb, three Spartan II’s from Gray Team was able to push a heavily armored Bumblebee drop pod 100 meters away that is likely similar weight to the 66 tons Scorpion tank. Even Locke was strong enough to flip over a42.3 tonne tank with his shockwave)

Striking Strength: Class GJ (can destroy Wraith tanks by repeatedly punching it that can tank their own mortars. A random Spartan can even destroy Wraiths in hand to hand)

Stamina: Superhuman+ (Spartans can fight on the battle for much longer than any UNSC marines or ODST soldiers, they have a high pain tolerance that they would continue fighting even when losing a limb. The MJOLNIR provides regeneration capabilities, and Master Chief has proven himself countless times to be capable of fighting even with torn tendons and internal bleeding)

Standard Equipment: MJOLNIR Mark VI GEN 3 armor, his UNSC weapons, equipment, and armor abilities (usually carries an assault rifle, a magnum, and two SMGs), Fragmentation Grenades, combat knife, grapple shot, and potentially Covenant and Forerunner weapons and armor abilities

Intelligence: Master Chief is an excellent military tactician and has above average intelligence due to his Spartan training, routinely taking on and defeating great amounts of highly intelligent enemies. Has been trained in all forms of military warfare, stealth tactics, and can operate any number of military vehicles. Has gained extensive experience in using alien weaponry and machinery. One of his most notable skills is his leadership, effectively directing operational detachments ranging from Spartan Fireteams to full-strength Marine battalions. Master Chief also usually carries around Cortana (a Smart AI) who can operate any computer, and analyze data at a rate of billions of calculations per second ("In the time it takes to pronounce your name I can perform five billion simultaneous calculations"). She can access and hack computers from a distance, gather information like enemy weaknesses, manage entire fleets, plan military strategies, and clone herself. Master Chief’s current AI is The Weapon, a clone of Cortana and has the same capabilities.
