Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, agility, flight/levitation, telekinesis, telepathy, shapeshifting, energy manipulation, can create a barrier to protect itself, can learn and use every Pokemon move, invisibility, can heal itself almost instantly, can heal itself by sleeping, elemental manipulation, immortality (type 1), etc
Weaknesses: Very playful and rarely takes a fight seriously, weak to Dark, Bug, and Ghost attacks, its Psychic attacks are less effective against Dark and Steel Pokemon.
Destructive Capacity: Country level (on par with Mewtwo)
Range: Several kilometers
Speed: Massively hypersonic+ (should be at least as fast as roaming Legendaries in the main games)
