I really don't know how the fuck that counts as a Dragon Type...
The Pokemon version of Lucifer

Name: Giratina
Origin: Pokemon
Gender: Genderless
Classification: Renegade Pokemon, Master of Antimatter, God
Age: Unknown, as old as the universe itself.
Powers and Abilities: Super speed, strength, durability, flight, antimatter manipulation (restricted to the Reverse World though it does directly affect the Real World), able to completely ignore the fact that he is in a time loop aside from it preventing him from leaving the Reverse World. (Likely location restricted but this is uncertain), energy blasts, transmutation, elemental manipulation, teleportation, illusion creation, forcefield powers, some form of intangibility
Weakness: No ability to affect the Real World to its full potential outside the Reverse World other than standard attacks since matter + antimatter is generally bad
Destructive Capacity: Universe level via powerscaling (should be no weaker than Palkia and Dialkga), at least universal in Reverse World (controls the entire Reverse World) | At least universe level+
Range: Multiversal
Speed: Massively hypersonic | Nigh-omnipresent (the Elygem species is heavily implied to have FTL by broadcasting images of 5 galaxies into a postman's head; Giratina is Dialga and Palkia's equal and should be no slower than the two of them)
Durability: Universe level via powerscaling, universe level+ inside the Reverse World (Origin Forme itself is probably the embodiment of the Reverse World, so it would be universal in that form)+ | At least universe level+
Lifting Strength: Class K+, likely irrelevant
Striking Strength: Class TJ+, likely irrelevant
Stamina: Nigh-limitless (it is constantly keeping the Reverse World in equilibrium with space and time)
Standard Equipment: Nothing notable
Intelligence: Very clever. Ambushed Dialga catching him completely off-guard. When Dialga set up a time looping barrier by infusing him with temporal energy to prevent him from leaving the Reverse World Giratina sought out a Shaymin that allowed Dialga's escape to facilitate his own thus breaking the loop. Even used the carry over effect of the Reverse World to give Dialga a parting shot while stuck in a time loop. I dunno how that works...

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

- Shadow Force: A powerful physical ghost type move that allows Giratina to teleport and ambush its foes. The middle of Giratina's head crest glows light blue and Giratina's body turns black and disappears as soon as an attack is about to hit it. Seconds later, it reappears behind the opponent and attacks it, going through protections.

- Will-O-Wisp: A fire type move that seems to be Giratina's attack of choice. It launches a blue, ethereal looking fireball at his foes. The attack seems to behave differently for him than other ghost types, go figure.

- Dragon Rage: A powerful dragon type attack. It launches what appears to be a fireball at his foes, though it doesn't have any fire type effects... (He can't actually learn this in the game)

- Dragon Claw: A powerful physical dragon type attack. Giratina's stumpy little legs glow red and he charges his foes with it. Doesn't really seem practical... (He got shafted with another attack)

- Antimatter Warp: Giratina controls antimatter (Reverse World) in a similar manner to Palkia's control of space (dimension of space) and Dialga's control of time (temporal manipulation), though he isn't keen on damaging it. If destroyed, it will cause the universe to collapse due to the fact that it balances Space and Time. (I'm not making this shit up!)

- Altered Forme: When Giratina is outside its dimension, because of the gravity change it adapts to Altered Forme. While in this form Giratina is limited in what it can do.
