Weaknesses: To use the Anti AT-Field at its full extend Rei seemingly needed very specific conditions involving both GeoFront and the awakened Evangelion Unit 01. Albeit it's a little unclear given that Gendo seemed to want initiate this all regardless of what SELEE did prepare
Destructive Capacity: Continent level+ (her planetary scale Anti AT-Field ability is also quite hax)

At full power this effect covered the surface of the entire world, merging the souls of humanity into one while drastically altering the landscape. Albeit it was noted that souls with strong will and sense of individuality may eventually return to their original forms.
