Star Wars x OBD
Now with more Mickey Mouse

Background Information

Currently spanning 7 films, 2 television series and a number of comics and novels, Star Wars is under new ownership after George Lucas sold the rights of the franchise to Disney.  Where previously Star Wars had a tiers of canon to keep track of its former EU, Disney has no such tiering.  As of April 25th, 2014, any Star Wars material (with some exceptions) produced under Disney's banner is considered canon on the same level as the Films.

The core of the series revolves around the lives of the Skywalker family.  This being Anakin for the Prequel Trilogy, Luke for the Original Trilogy, and Rey (no stated heredity yet, but there are hints towards it) for the Sequel Trilogy respectively.  The story of the prequels followed the rise and fall of the Jedi Knight that would one day become Darth Vader.  In the Original Trilogy, the story follows the efforts of the Rebel Alliance in their attempts to overthrow the Empire that grew from the ashes of the Clones Wars of the prequels.  The Sequel Trilogy's story isn't too fleshed out as of yet, but seems to be following the conflict between the First Order (remnant of the former Empire) and the Resistance (headed by Princess Leia Organa).

This franchise is used in varying degree, but is generally well known in the OBD.

The newer, revised, Disney continuity is notably weaker, though still edging out the "Power 6" via overwhelming technological power (notably the Death Star) and the Ones of Mortis

For individual characters (mostly Force Sensitives), the verse peaks at town level to potentially small island level stats for the high and top tiers and sub-relativistic short range motion for anyone worth a damn (even with little training, Luke Skywalker could briefly fend off an assault from a pair of Magnaguards on two seperate occasions).  Lower tiers still hold claims to massively hypersonic short range motion and anywhere from building level to city block level destructive power for any Force Sensitive of particular note.

The verse still possesses a decent variety of powers, if not muted due to the continuity reboot, in the forms of precognition (both near and far future), psychometry, enhanced senses, telepathy, telekinesis, mind manipulation, possession, barrier creation, energy manipulation (in the form of reflecting, redirecting, and absorbing it), elemental manipulation (in the form of Force Lightning), and various rituals with different purposes (like granting power in the Force to those without it)
