The Black Needles are made out of a black magnetic ore, greatly surpassing the magnetic density of superconductive magnets, Juubei controls these needles with the Ultimate Stone, enhanced senses (as Juubei is blind, most of his senses are heightened and he has gained a level of intuition that allows him to sense the presence of opponents), low level reality warping with the Divine Design, is a Dominator so is has the ability to use the power of the Divine Design cards, when using the cards the user and anyone he is targeting is taken to the Upper Reality of Divine Design where it matters not how powerful you are in the reality, it is solely down to who is the more powerful card user, any damage sustained by the cards in this world are transferred to the body in the reality, high levels of willpower (to become a Dominator you were required to have not even one percent of doubt to use the power of the cards, Juubei is a Dominator), uses the Guardian Card Flying Needle, by exploiting points on the body that experience no pain that are present on the feet of his opponents, Juubei uses his needles to impale these areas thus robbing his opponent of any movement as any movement risks the needles being drawn into their bodies, entering their bloodstream and tearing them from the inside out, with the Royal Jewel implanted in his body he gains power even to that of Kazuki's Stigma, with this he also emits radiation due to the special S3 magnetic field around his person

- Kakei Style Needle Ultimate Secret Jutsu: "The Guided Black Magnet Needle": This is the setup for a massive magnetic storm.
- Kakei Style Needle Jutsu: "Hornet Swarm": A barrage of black needles instantly attacks his opponents. They can even effortlessly break through boulders. This is the second technique for creating a magnetic storm. At this point, his body starts to emit high radiation making it impossible for anyone to stay near him for long.
- Kakei Style Needle Supreme Jutsu: "Earth Spider": The black needles attack the opponent from below the ground hitting crucial pressure points all over the body.

- Kakei Style Needle Jutsu: "Needle Eye Blast": By turning both of his arms to iron in an instant he is able to power-up his needles and aid them in piercing through even iron-hard objects.
- Kakei Style Needle Jutsu: "Black Needles Eye Needlepoint Blossom": Exact nature of this attack unknown, however it was able to remove the Cursed Weave seal off of his opponents.
