Powers and Abilities: Super intelligence, toonforce-like durability, regeneration (low), expert with prep, expert hacking (as he claims, to West protection is like it wouldn't be even there) ,able to create or reverse engineer highly advanced technology in a few days or even hours of time
Weaknesses: He's arrogant and very easily provoked. He tends to be forgetful of certain details that a reasonable man would never overlook (like hiding a large metal mecha in the ocean and not calculating with the rust, or the issue with Elsa's tendency to forget protecting her creator). Not to mention he's a total nutcase who would be a mere madman if weren't for his scientific achievements.

Speed: Bullet timer (dodged a bullet shot by Kurou despite not expecting it coming)
Durability: Superhuman+ (although toonforce and PIS often allows him to survive explosions, somehow he even survived Demonbane's Lemuria Impact that went out of control and destroyed a city-wide area)

Stamina: High (after a some first aid, he managed to quickly recuperate from a deep stab wound and work on improving Demonbane's Toy Reanimator immediately)
Standard Equipment: His mecha (either one of the Destroyer Robots, Zombio or Demonpain), electronic guitar (its case also acts as a rocket launcher), magic sensor, gang motorbike, Elsa (his combat gynoid with capabilities similar to a Grimoire)
Intelligence: Super genius level. Responsible for the creation of Black Lodge's various Destroyer Robots, machines that appear to work despite their very impractical design. Managed to control magic by purely scientific means in a few months at best. Created an advanced battle robot (Elsa) with almost human-like emotions in 3 days while also working on an imitation of Demonbane (aka Demonpain). Improved the Toy Reanimator system massively in a few hours to allow it to repair Demonbane at an incredibly fast rate. Created Hunting Horror in less than a day. In his youth he created portable forcefield generator called "West Style Super Electron barrier" that can tanked multiple nukes. Reverse engineered the De marginy's Clock and incorporated it into his new Destroyer Robot. As such it comes as no surprise that his intelligence was highly praised by even Master Therion.

Other: Doctor West is obviously a homage (and lighthearted caricature) to the titular character from Lovecraft's Herbert West - Reanimator, a fiction featuring a mad and amoral scientists. Which is a bit ironic given Herbert West was also somewhat a caricaturization himself.
